4. Refunds
- Refund requests must include accurate order details and required screenshots or proof.
- Refund timelines depend on deal rules, review status, and payment verification.
- We reserve the right to reject incomplete or ineligible refund requests.
- Payment details you provide (UPI, bank, etc.) must belong to you or be authorised for use.
5. User accounts
Portal accounts are personal. You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
